  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I reside in my Vicarage House.

  2. Other benefices: I have a small Rectory, called Wear-Gifford, near Great Torrington, Devon.

  3. Divine service at other churches: Once in three weeks, I perform Divine service part of the day at Twitching a Chapel belonging to North=Molton.

  4. Frequency of divine service: I preach twice every Lord's day at North=Molton, except when I am part of the day at Twitching.

  5. Frequency of communion: At North=Molton, Eight times in the year to about 80 Communicants & at Twitching to about Ten Communicants, Four times in ye year.

  6. Catechising of children: In June and July.

  7. Church fabric: All in decent Repair.

  8. Glebe terrier: We have a Terrier properly signed.

  9. Number of families: About Four Hundred.

  10. Chapels: We have no Chapel but <at> Twitching a Parish belonging to the Impropriation of North-Molton.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: We have none.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: We have an Alms House founded & endow'd by the Ancestors of John Parker Esqr of Saltram, Devon - a small writing school, but no Hospital, or Parochial Library.

  13. Charity: We have some few Benefactions left to the Poor (I believe) duly applied.

    Priest's orders and institution: I was Ordain'd Priest, Novr ye 4th 1770, Instituted to North Molton May ye 16th 1774, & to Wear Gifford March ye 15th 1775.
